About Alon

I have served in full time ministry since 1997 in leadership roles that included Development, Marketing, Advertising, and Communications.

I have been a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Christian Management Association, and Christian Stewardship Association.

I have held lay-leadership roles at College Avenue Baptist Church in San Diego, teaching Bible studies, participating on the Missions Committee, and leading mission trips to Africa and India.

I also served on the board of directors for College Area Pregnancy Services for five years and now is part of the Executive Advisory Board.

I married Devon in 1997, we have two children, Easton (9) and Madison (5), and we live in San Diego, California.

With Easton approaching junior high in a few years, Alon and Devon feel an added desire to support youth workers as they reach youth for Christ. As Alon sought God’s driection, he was drawn to the National Network of Youth Ministries. Alon believes that God never intended that youth ministry be done in isolation.
